DELIVERY

SnuffleBalls are £14.99 (large) or £9.99 (small) plus postage from £2.99 - select your Snuffleball from the shop and pay by credit/debit card via Stripe or PayPal.

Snuffleballs are hand-made to order. If there is any delay in your order you will be contacted. Normally, my Snuffleballs are dispatched within 5 working days.

We use Royal Mail 2nd Class to send your order. RM suggest that you should allow a full 2 working weeks from posting for your parcel to arrive, although normally most deliveries will arrive within a few days of posting.

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE

Please note that a Snuffleball is absolutely not a toy! Dogs will be dogs, so I recommend that your furry friend is not left alone whilst he/she snuffles and is always trained to use the Snuffleball correctly! Used, ripped and/or chewed Snuffleballs will not be refunded. See our "How to Use" page.

Order cancellation - please contact me within 24hrs of placing your order. If the order has not been dispatched, then a full refund will be offered. If the product has been dispatched, then you are welcome to return the product in an unused state and in the original packaging at your own expense.

Returns - if your product is unused and in its original packaging then you are welcome to return it to me at your own cost within 14 days of receipt. A full refund will be processed after I receive the items back from you. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Faults - on the very rare ocasion that there is a fault with the Snuffleball, please contact me and supply a description and photos of the issue. A replacement item(s) will be sent to replace the faulty item at no further cost to yourself.
